Bob W Athens Akadimia is a fantastic place to stay with guests praising the cleanliness of the hotel. The rooms are elegant, spacious and spotless, providing excellent comfort. Additionally, the hotel's location is perfect, providing easy access to nearby landmarks. The staff is friendly, efficient and gave the best instructions, ensuring an enjoyable stay experience. Guests also appreciated the provision of free bottled water and Nespresso coffee at the lobby, showing great attention to detail. The hotel offers well-stocked kitchenettes, a good sized clean terrace and lovely sustainable hygiene products in the bathroom, ensuring guests' maximum comfort. However, some guests expressed dissatisfaction with the cleaning service, mainly regarding limited cleaning taking place only every other day, not cleaning the room, changing sheets or sweeping and lack of soap replenishment. Despite this, guests were overwhelmingly pleased with the level of hygiene provided with very few complaints about cleanliness.
