The hotel also offers a great little happy hour and breakfast. The hotel's cleanliness is impressive, given its dog-friendly status and the gym is also highlighted as particularly clean and well-maintained. The staff is welcoming and friendly with guests especially noting the helpful valet service and accommodating staff. The hotel is a great option for pet-friendly accommodations and guests appreciated the reasonable pet fee. Although amenities could be improved, the well-appointed hotel is worth the value for money. Parking may be expensive, but it did not interfere with the positive experience. Overall, it is a great place to stay in the Old Port of Portland.
