The response time of the staff was excellent and they were always willing to help. Compliments to managers Mertcan and Alpaslan for their customer-friendly and professional attitude. Although some staff had poor knowledge of English, the majority were friendly and accommodating. Mate, the hairdresser, was also skilled and created a happy experience for us. Overall, the staff and cleanliness were beyond our expectations with some personal and exceptional service from Ms Irem and her team. However, some reviewers noted that there were minor language and organization issues with some staff, but they were still willing to help.
