The castle-like atmosphere is enjoyed by children and the hotel offers plenty of options for activities for kids. In the summer, there are many children and large families staying at the hotel. It's also great for celebrating special occasions like birthdays, as the hotel provides a cake without even being asked! However, some guests experienced inconvenience with the bathroom facilities being inaccessible for elderly or disabled guests. Despite this, most guests had a magical stay with their families and mentioned they would love to come back.
