Location
Le Vendome Hotel boasts an enviable location that receives high praise from its guests. Nestled in the city center of Amman, it offers easy access to a myriad of key attractions, shopping centers, and popular eateries. The hotel's position allows visitors to fully immerse themselves in the vibrant urban landscape while still benefitting from a quiet and serene environment. Guests frequently commend the convenience of being close to essential places and the modern part of the city. Additionally, the hotel's environment is described as quiet and clean, complemented by a remarkable staff that leaves a lasting impression on visitors. With stunning views adding to its charm, Le Vendome Hotel's location is indeed a highlight, making it an excellent choice for both leisure and business travelers seeking proximity to the heart of the city.
Breakfast
Le Vendome Hotel offers a breakfast experience that elicits mixed reviews from guests. While some find the breakfast good, acceptable, or even exceptional, others express a need for improvement, emphasizing the limited options and lack of variety. Guests appreciate the personalized touch of omelets made to order and the generosity of staff, like Ahmed, who go out of their way to enhance the experience. Despite these positives, the breakfast generally falls short of expectations, particularly given the price paid, leaving room for enhancement in terms of both variety and quantity. Additionally, the presence of smoke throughout the hotel detracts from the overall breakfast experience.
Rooms
Le Vendome Hotel offers guests a notably comfortable and clean accommodation experience. The rooms are praised for their exceptional cleanliness and tranquility, creating a restful environment for travelers. Many guests highlight the spacious nature of the rooms, which are among the largest encountered during their travels, often including additional sitting areas for relaxation. Visitors enjoyed the proximity to the airport, making the hotel convenient for those considering accessibility in their journey.
While the hotel rooms impress with their size and cleanliness, there are indications that some aspects could benefit from updates. Though most guests were satisfied with the comfort level, modern amenities such as a functioning television and availability of microwaves for longer stays were noted as areas for improvement.
Overall, the helpful and accommodating staff enhance the guest experience, ensuring a pleasant stay and contributing positively to the perception of Le Vendome Hotel. Despite room proximity to each other being notable, this feature did not overshadow the general enjoyment and comfort reported by guests.
Cleanliness
Le Vendome Hotel is praised for its clean and tidy rooms and generally well-maintained common areas, providing guests with a satisfactory experience. The hotel staff is noted to be exceptionally nice, friendly, and polite, contributing positively to the guest experience. However, some areas require attention, particularly the bathrooms, which have recurrent cleanliness issues and instances of small insects. While the rooms maintain a good level of cleanliness, improvements such as changing sheets more frequently could enhance the overall stay. Despite its age and occasional complaints about odors, the professional demeanor of the staff and the cleanliness of most hotel areas make it a decent option for visitors.
Staff
At Le Vendome Hotel, the staff shines as a beacon of hospitality, consistently praised for their friendliness and attentiveness. Guests repeatedly commend the team for being not only highly responsive but also genuinely welcoming, ensuring a warm experience for all who stay. The exceptional service offered by the staff is noted for its excellence and professionalism, with particular mention of Ahmed at the reception for his cooperative nature and effort in making stays effortless. Throughout the hotel, the staff's politeness and respectfulness stand out, creating a pleasant and accommodating atmosphere. Overall, the staff at Le Vendome Hotel is a key element of its inviting and memorable hospitality experience.
