However, some negative reviews suggested that activities at the resort were not suitable for elderly family members and that families were being ripped off. Additionally, due to the current situation, the staff capacity at the hotel is at 38%. So, they are a bit overwhelmed.

The indoor and outdoor pools are also open and heated, making it a great spot for kids to enjoy a swim. The condos are especially spacious and some describe it as a 'home away from home'. Although some guests were disgruntled with a lack of chairs and some bad behaviour from other guests, the vast majority of reviews are positive and proclaim that this is an amazing family-oriented resort. The whole family can go there and have a great time, which is why many guests say that they will be back to stay again.
