The hotel is not overwhelming and easy to navigate. The kitchen is convenient with a full fridge and nice cupboards, but it lacks glasses, cutlery and dishes. However, the limited kitchen usage should be clarified on booking sites. The concierge can help you arrange car hire and trips that are slightly cheaper than doing it yourself. The fitness studio is also available. Unfortunately, during some guests' stays, the adult pool and rooftop restaurant were closed. Additionally, the air conditioning was not adjustable and some guests found the paint job in the room to be terrible. Despite these issues, guests recommend booking tours with Ursly from De Palm Tours, who is available in the lobby. Just keep in mind that there is no microwave or utensils in the room.
