The professionalism, warmth and charm of the staff are truly remarkable. Special mention goes out to Demetris, who tends bar and the lady responsible for customer relations. The staff make you feel like family and are willing to go above and beyond to accommodate your requests. The location, rooms and terrace are exceptional, but it is the staff who make the Electra Metropolis a standout hotel. All in all, the service of the staff is truly phenomenal and they make your stay fantastic.

The Electra Metropolis has a fantastic spa that is definitely worth visiting during your stay. The heated indoor pool is a lovely feature, but be sure to make a reservation ahead of time to secure your spot. The wellness services offered are amazing - we highly recommend trying out the facial and massage treatments. In fact, we love the spa so much that we returned for three different treatments during our stay. The indoor pool area is also quite lovely and there are additional amenities such as the steam and sauna rooms. While some aspects of the decor and spa could use a refurbishment, overall we really enjoyed our experience. Keep in mind that the fitness facility is quite small, but the spa is truly the star of the show.
