One Ocean Resort and Spa boasts a great location right on the beautiful beach and guests love being in walking distance to many restaurants, shops and bars. The hotel offers excellent selection of restaurants with an array of options around and staff is very friendly. This prime location in Atlantic Beach allows for easy access to the beach, shopping stores and restaurants without having to drive. Guests can enjoy direct access to the beach and great balcony views. The location and exterior of the hotel is the best part with an exceptional beach view. You get to the beach quickly and easily with excellent beach and pool access. Location is perfect, clean everything and with many old-time shops all around. One Ocean Resort and Spa offers the perfect location for your next beach vacation.

Rooms

One Ocean Resort and Spa offers a well-kept property with comfortable, clean and well-appointed rooms that face the ocean, some with balconies offering amazing views. The bedding and showers are great and accommodations are clean, well-lit and pleasant. However, some guests found the rooms and bathrooms too small, outdated with low water pressure and furnishings showing age. Additionally, some guests did not get the room they requested or experienced electrical problems, noise in the bathroom or palmetto bugs on the walls.
