The location was particularly appreciated for being within walking distance of everything visitors needed, such as the Domain main shops and restaurants. Although there were a couple of times where guests met a few staff members who were not as warm and welcoming as the others, it's obvious that this is the exception and not the norm. Most of the reviews attest to the staff being amazing, super awesome, kind and exceptionally friendly. One guest even mentioned the front desk man who helped him with his nauseous husband!

Live music by the pool made the experience even better. The hotel's bonfire area was mentioned as a fun spot to hangout too. Although some guests found it hard to find a spot around the pool, the majority enjoyed the nice pool area. They do note that there is no shade in the pool area so plan accordingly. Only a minority commented negatively, stating that the pool area was dirty and crowded with loud, drunk people. Overall, guests recommend the nice pool area at Lone Star Court.
