Our bed and breakfast is conveniently located to the Texas State Capital, the Austin Convention Center, Lady Bird Lake hike and bike trails and the University of Texas. Park Lane offers free parking, free Electric Vehicle charging, and is just a short walk to convenient bus routes or you can even rent one of our guest bikes. We are located less than 2 miles from beautiful Zilker Park and the Soul of Austin, Barton Springs Pool.

Room Types

Cottage with Garden View Featuring stained glass windows, the Vicky House also offers antique wood interior walls and floors. A ladder leads up to the sleeping loft where the bed is located. The bathroom features an antique pedestal tub and shower and a hairdryer. The Vicky House can accommodate one additional guest on the living room sofa bed. Amenities include a TV and CD player. The kitchenette includes a refrigerator, microwave and coffee machine. Breakfast is served in the cottage or on the private porch.

Deluxe Cottage with Garden View The largest of Park Lane's cottages features vaulted ceilings and antique European stained glass. It offers Longleaf pine floors throughout with french doors opening up to a private porch and deck. The spacious living room allows plenty of space to relax, with a kitchen area equipped with organic coffee, tea, and microwave popcorn. A black and white tiled bathroom features an over-sized shower with dual shower heads.

Deluxe Cottage with Pool View Known as the Carriage House, this poolside private cottage features hand-glazed walls, stained concrete floors and a handmade wrought iron bed. There is a seating area, as well as large windows and french doors that open up to the stone pool deck. The bathroom features an antique claw foot tub and a hairdryer. Enjoy the fully-equipped kitchenette with microwave, compact refrigerator, and coffee/espresso machine. A TV and CD player are provided. Breakfast is served in the cottage or on the pool deck.
