Filion Suites Resort & Spa boasts an excellent location in the middle of the island, surrounded by mountains. According to guest reviews, the staff is one of the highlights of this hotel with many guests mentioning their friendliness and willingness to help. Special thanks go to Ms. Regina at the reception, who received several mentions for being welcoming and helpful. The restaurant manager, Mr. Kostas, also received a special mention for being exceptional in his job. The staff members were universally described as polite, kind and always smiling, from the receptionists to the waiters at the restaurant. Some reviewers even praised the efficient shuttle service to the beach. However, a few negative reviews criticized the behavior of the manager or the way complaints were handled. Despite this, the overwhelming majority of guests had a fantastic experience with the hotel staff and many guests described the staff as an asset to the hotel.
