The service from the staff is second to none and they truly treat you like royalty. Although the hotel is costly, everything else on the premises is expensive too and the cost is worth it. However, some have commented that the food is subpar for a luxury hotel. Overall, the Fairmont Banff Springs is a fabulous hotel and one of a kind that provides superb comfort and luxury to its guests.
