The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful and some of the staff, like Rueben and Ivelca, were exceptional. Meanwhile, Bea, from reception, was always on hand to help. Guests who have stayed at the hotel can't thank the whole team enough. Overall, the staff at Duquesa de Cardona Hotel 4 Sup by Duquessa Hotel Collection are amazing and make the hotel stand out from the rest.
