Summary of reviews related to the 'Spa' categoryIf you're after a relaxing spa break, The Royal Crescent Hotel & Spa could be for you. While some guests felt that spa facilities could be better, most couldn't get enough of everything the spa had to offer. In fact, many described it as amazing with some even saying it's one of the best they've ever visited. The atmosphere was spot on and, while the spa was smaller than some had anticipated, it was certainly nice and super clean. Set in gorgeous gardens, the spa facilities were exceptional if a little outdated, but overall provided a lovely spa experience. There were a number of great treatments available, though some did find them a little pricey. A couple of guests had issues with spa bookings, but on the whole, the spa was most enjoyable. Note that while children were seen in the spa, it could feel a little unremarkable and like a public pool. But we would still recommend this beautiful property with a wonderful spa.

Summary of reviews related to the 'Spa' categoryThe Bath Priory's spa facilities, while lovely and beautiful, can become crowded due to non-hotel guests with memberships. The spa treatments were enjoyable and the overall experience was good, but some guests felt the spa was lacking in luxury and could be a little basic. Some also found the spa's location to be strange. Availability for treatments was limited and some found the spa to be expensive. However, the facilities such as the indoor pool were described as pretty and amazing. Some guests had difficulty booking appointments and the receptionist did not explain the booking system well. While some appreciated the spa sessions each day, others found it impossible to secure an appointment due to the spa's busy schedule. The outside pool and indoor spa were excellent and afforded guests a relaxing environment, although some felt the indoor spa and pool were smaller than expected. Despite some setbacks such as a dirty shower mat, the spa still provided an impressive and relaxing experience to guests at The Bath Priory.

Summary of reviews related to the 'Spa' categoryIf you're looking for a hotel with an amazing spa, The Gainsborough Bath Spa is definitely worth considering. The hotel's spa facilities are excellent and absolutely lovely with amazing thermal waters that will leave you feeling relaxed and refreshed. The thermal spa in particular exceeded expectations and is a must-try. The spa is quite busy though, so be prepared to share the facilities with other guests.

The hotel offers great spa facilities that are well worth taking advantage of. While it would have been nice if spa access was unlimited, the specific times allowed for use of the spa are still quite convenient. Morning and evening times are perfect for trying the different baths and the spa is a beautiful place to relax in.

There are some complaints about spa times being restricted, particularly on weekends between 8-10am and 7-9pm. During these hours, you'll need to pay an additional fee or have a spa treatment to use the facilities. However, guests who stayed during the reduced hours found them to be convenient and still lovely.

Overall, the spa is the star of the hotel and anyone who enjoys spa treatments should definitely give it a try. The pools and thermal waters are gorgeous and the hot chocolate provided is a nice touch. While the spa can get crowded, it's still a wonderful place to unwind and relax.
