Especially noteworthy are the staff at the guest relations desk, who provide guests with a warm and hospitable welcome and the bartenders, who are professional and skilled in their craft. While some members of the staff weren't always friendly, most were helpful and accommodating. Overall, Pine Beach Belek has a friendly and responsive staff who aim to make guests feel like VIPs.
