Nestled in the fresh mountain air resides Castle Wood Theme Cottages, a dreamy vacation spot for couples seeking a serene getaway. The location is truly fantastic with many guest reviews raving about its perfectness. It's very close to Snow Summit and within walking distance to the village, where you can spend most of your time exploring shops and restaurants. The hotel is in a great area, situated near ski resorts, Big Bear Lake and other attractions. With a central location, it's easy to travel and explore the town. Guests have enjoyed the ability to walk into town and the quiet surroundings. The location is ideal for touring Big Bear Lake and is close to everything with several restaurants located within walking distance to the main entertainment area. Stay here and enjoy the comfort of knowing that everything you need is just a short walk away.

Rooms

Castle Wood Theme Cottages is a magical and whimsical property, perfect for a romantic couple's getaway. With attention to detail and imagination, every room is a different theme and each one is lovely. The themed cabins are beautifully decorated, from the Robin and Marion cabin to the King Arthur cabin. The decor is cute and creative with awesome royal touches like a full-size hot tub and fireplace. The forest-themed cabin was cozy and charming and we loved our little Indian forest room. The room was clean and every room had everything we needed. Inside the rooms, there are unique features like a spa, mirror above the bed and a castle garden view. Some of the rooms did not have air conditioning as they were treehouses, but it didn't detract from the experience. The only downside was that some rooms were quite small and didn't have enough storage space. The grounds were beautiful and set up with so much detailed medieval theming, making it a spectacular experience overall.
