Although the outside pool may be small, guests still enjoyed their time in it. Plus, the hotel's location at the foot of the Pirin with stunning views and plenty of amenities for kids make it well worth the visit. Just beware of loud music near the children's pool and some crowds in the inside pool. Overall, guests have raved about the pools and would definitely return to this hotel with its exceptional staff. So, why not take a dip in the accessible and barrier-free pools or enjoy the warm water until 9 pm at the outside heated pool?
