Guests say their children were treated to special attention with some even receiving help from the staff. The impressive thermal park is a hit with all ages and parents were pleased to find out that children can enter the thermal baths if they are hotel guests. While the website states that children cannot access the thermal baths, this is not completely true. The only downside is that children are limited to using the thermal baths between 8:30 am and 11:00 am. For families travelling with furry friends, the welcome kit for dogs was a pleasant surprise. Overall, the hotel received rave reviews for its kid-friendly activities with the only issues being the paid parking and crowded thermal park.
