Breakfast
The Branson Towers Hotel offers a complimentary breakfast that guests really enjoyed. Many described it as great, hot, delicious, amazing, impressive and wonderful with plenty of variety available. The breakfast had a nice selection including scrambled eggs, sausages, biscuits, gravy, bagels, muffins, hot and cold cereals and yogurt. Although some guests found the breakfast limited, most appreciated having different options such as bacon and pancakes. They commented on the friendly staff keeping the dining hall very clean and well-stocked. The only complaints were about the toaster and the old taste of the breakfast potatoes. Some also wished for more fresh fruit options such as apples or oranges. Overall, guests were satisfied with the breakfast and found it to be one of the better tasting breakfasts they have had.

Rooms
Branson Towers Hotel boasts amazing, spacious and clean rooms that are very comfortable with good sized beds and lots of room to move around. The hotel itself is extremely clean and well maintained. Rooms are very clean, some have beautiful in-room jet tubs and others offer two connecting rooms. Despite being an older facility, the hotel is well kept, although some rooms could benefit from updating and have dated decor. Guests report that the mattresses are comfortable, but some could use replacing. The hotel is in a lovely setting, both inside and out. Despite some minor issues, many guests found the clean and comfortable rooms, along with the double Queen Suite and spacious bathroom, to be very nice and a great value for the price.

Beds
Guests at Branson Towers Hotel have praised the comfortable and cozy beds with soft and comfy mattresses. A few guests have suggested room for improvement, mentioning that the mattresses could be firmer or of a different size or that the bed frame squeaks slightly. However, the majority of guests have reported a comfortable and peaceful sleep. The hotel offers a wide range of amenities and cleanliness is top-notch, complementing the good night's rest. The only downside mentioned by a few guests was the thinness of the towels.

Cleanliness
Guests rave about the cleanliness of the Branson Towers Hotel! The staff keeps the facility extremely clean and rooms are regularly cleaned and well-stocked with fresh towels. The pool and hot tub are awesome and always clean. Even though some guests mentioned minor issues such as leaky sinks and uncomfortable pillows, they still appreciated the overall cleanliness of the hotel. The location is also great and offers good value for money. While some guests mentioned that the carpet in their room could use a cleaning or replacement, most found everything to be very nice and clean.

Staff
Branson Towers Hotel has a wonderful staff who receive frequent praise from guests. Multiple reviewers mentioned the friendly and helpful nature of the staff with one calling them "more than friendly". The breakfast staff, housekeeping staff and maintenance workers all left positive impressions with their professionalism and friendly faces. One reviewer even noted the delicious cookies at the front desk. However, there were some complaints about understaffing leading to long wait times and one guest had an unpleasant encounter with a manager. But overall, the staff at Branson Towers Hotel seem to go out of their way to make guests feel welcome and comfortable during their stay.

Pool
Going for a swim is always the perfect way to unwind on vacation and the Branson Towers Hotel doesn't fail to deliver on this front. Guests can choose from two great options when it comes to swimming. The heated indoor pool is perfect for those chilly days and it's conveniently open until 11 PM. Guests commented that the indoor pool is well-kept and clean with plenty of towels on-hand. Kids especially loved the pool and hot tub area, which provided endless entertainment. The hot tub and pool were both highly praised with some calling them "amazing" or "awesome". Some guests remarked that the pool and hot tub area was small, but they might have changed their mind after seeing the turtles that occasionally make an appearance on the pool floor. For guests who prefer to soak in the sun, there is an outdoor pool available; however, some guests mentioned that it being unattached and outside made it a bit cold to access. Overall, the pool options at the Branson Towers Hotel provide a great break from exploring Branson.

Family
If you're planning a family vacation to Branson, consider staying at the Branson Towers Hotel. Families seem to love this hotel and it's not hard to see why! The pool house is a big hit with kids, providing plenty of family interactive activities. The pool area is also a great spot for kids to play and even the room sizes were praised by guests. The hotel clearly caters to families, offering a single mother traveling with her 3-year-old a great family stay. The hotel is also ideal for larger groups with one guest mentioning that there were toiletries for 8 people in the two bathrooms. The breakfast is great and there's even an indoor pool for when the weather doesn't cooperate. If you're looking to celebrate a milestone with your family, guests have celebrated a daughter's 10th birthday here. Even the rooms themselves are designed for families with separate beds in one room and a living area in another. And don't forget the free ice cream and cobbler - not only did the grandkids love it, but it's clear that the hotel is very family friendly. One minor critique was that some guests felt that the family room doors should be able to be opened from both rooms, but overall it seems like the Branson Towers Hotel is a great place to spend time with family.
