Located in the hotel zone of Cancun, the hotel is conveniently close to everything you need for a great vacation. Luxury shopping is just across the road and there are high-end shopping malls nearby. The hotel is right on the beach, providing guests with easy access to the beautiful beachfront. The views are amazing from the rooms, some of which overlook the ocean while others have a view of the lagoon. The beach is clean and has soft sand, making it perfect for lounging around. The hotel is also located near the lively downtown area, ensuring that guests have plenty of entertainment options. Guests appreciated the hotel's convenient location and the easy access to the beach. It's a great location for a relaxing beach vacation without being too far away from the action. Overall, it's a prime location that guests loved for its proximity to shopping, the beach and other attractions.

It's easy to find a space to relax, whether that be in a chair or cabana, as the beach was not crowded during our stay. The turquoise ocean is simply stunning and the perfect backdrop to enjoy a meal of fish tacos with a beach view. However, there was some sargassum on the beach. Despite this, the beach and pool areas are so clean and beautiful. We were excited to spend time on the beach, which is groomed regularly and felt that it was an excellent place to spread out and enjoy the sun. Services were available on the beach and the pool area was also very nice. Overall, the beach area is a highlight of the hotel's location with soft sand and a peaceful atmosphere to relax and soak up the sun.
