The staff at Aethos Hotel Sardinia are truly amazing! Guests had nothing but positive things to say about the availability, professionalism and kindness of the reception, restaurant and concierge staff. They described the staff as super friendly, helpful and attentive, going above and beyond to make their stay easy and joyful. The restaurant manager, Luca, received special mention for his lovely demeanor and attention to guests' needs. Additionally, the reception staff were extremely accommodating in booking restaurants and organizing trips. Overall, guests raved about the hotel's helpful and kind staff with only a few exceptions of some staff members lacking in professionalism. But, for the most part, guests reported competent and very helpful staff who are always there to take care of the clients' diverse needs.
