Additionally, the reception staff were extremely accommodating in booking restaurants and organizing trips. Overall, guests raved about the hotel's helpful and kind staff with only a few exceptions of some staff members lacking in professionalism. But, for the most part, guests reported competent and very helpful staff who are always there to take care of the clients' diverse needs.
