Despite some negative reviews about a staff member named Rene, the rest of the staff is amazing with Emma being a professional staff member. Covid restrictions may have had an impact on the crisp service and attention to detail, but the staff is doing their best to make your stay unforgettable. From the moment you arrive, you will experience an unbelievable level of service from the smiley and friendly staff who are always willing to help.
