The pool on the 17th floor was a spirit-lifting delight with lovely views and always filled to the brim. The roof-top pool was amazing, warm and inviting even during bad weather. The terrace with a pool was also a hit among the guests, along with the gym pool. However, some guests felt that the pool water was too warm, especially during hot January summers. They also felt that the pool deck bar and refreshment stations looked a little tired and the balcony glass panels surrounding the pool could do with a spring clean. Despite these minor gripes, the pool areas were still said to be the favorite of many guests.
