The staff is customer service centered, friendly, positive, polite and knowledgeable. They are excellent, accommodating and provide friendly reminders via text. The hotel provides wine and cheese hour, which was a pleasant surprise and the wine was really good. On the other hand, there were some negative comments about the staff, including one staff member eating boogers and some cases where the staff did not want to assist, but these were exceptions. Overall, the staff at Le Petit Pali at 8th Ave is one of its greatest assets, making guests feel welcomed, comfortable and at home.
