The water park features a toddler section that is wonderful and awesome for kids while the amenities provided for guests are great. The pool is heated and has a water slide and a wave pool. The Huguna Laguna water park is amazing and fantastic and it's just what the whole family needed to relax and share many laughs together. The outdoor pool is also heated and is a nice place to relax and watch the kids play while the indoor pool is nice to have for the days when it’s rainy and cold. However, the charge for the water park is outrageous considering what you get out of it, as some guests wished that it was included or at least discounted for overnight guests. Some of the younger kids found the arcade to be lacking, but others had a great time. Despite some minor issues such as high chlorine levels causing rashes, dirty pool bathrooms with overflowing trash and some broken-down attractions, the majority of guests enjoyed the pool and water park and it is definitely the highlight of their stay.
