La Gaura Guest House offers a variety of location benefits. If you're looking for a peaceful escape outside of Rome, the gorgeous neighborhood by the sea is perfect. It's also conveniently located minutes from the airport, making it an excellent choice for an early flight. Close by is the amazing ruins of Ostia Antica, a must-visit destination. The hotel is within walking distance of a mall with everything you need. The location is suburban and quiet, surrounded by beautiful trees and vegetation, but not far from the Rome city center. The area offers plenty of restaurant options, as well. Accessing La Gaura from Rome requires a short walk from the bus stop, but it's worth the stay. Some guests caution that the street leading to the guest house is poorly maintained. However, the perfect location, hospitable staff and exceptional garden and pool make up for any inconvenience.
