The Homewood Suites by Hilton Charleston Airport/Convention Center boasts of its excellent and convenient location. Guests have highlighted how it is situated near everything they needed and wanted. Whether they needed to be near the airport, shopping outlets or restaurants, this hotel had them covered. The convenience of being able to drive a short distance to the beach or even walk to the nearby coliseum was also appreciated by the guests. The central location of the hotel made it a great jumping-off point for exploring the area. The accessibility of the interstate made it very easy for them to get back home. With a plethora of food options all around, this location is the perfect landing spot for those who want to be close to everything.

However, some guests mentioned a lack of housekeeping and missing towels in the fitness center and pool. Some rooms also had stains on couches, curtains and carpets. Some items like the grill for the A/C unit and broom and dustpan were broken, missing, or not working. In addition, some guests noticed possible blood stains next to the bed and the vanity was duct-taped. However, guests mainly enjoyed their stay in the fantastic rooms with great facilities.
