Bess, the front office manager, is amazing and exceptional. She, along with other staff members like Nichole and Edgar, is courteous, friendly and attentive. However, there were some inconsistencies in service, like delayed shipment, overcharging, or waiting in line. Also, some guests had unpleasant experiences with the service and staff was rude or unhelpful, especially at the front desk or valet parking. Overall, the majority of guests had a fabulous stay with charismatic and accommodating staff.
