The premises are spotless and the staff is always eager to assist and accommodate your needs. They respond immediately to your requests and go above and beyond to provide an excellent service. The location is excellent and the staff is professional and polite too. Some guests had a mix-up with their room assignment, but the staff reversed the upgrade and accommodated them in another room. Bess, the front office manager, is amazing and exceptional. She, along with other staff members like Nichole and Edgar, is courteous, friendly and attentive. However, there were some inconsistencies in service, like delayed shipment, overcharging, or waiting in line. Also, some guests had unpleasant experiences with the service and staff was rude or unhelpful, especially at the front desk or valet parking. Overall, the majority of guests had a fabulous stay with charismatic and accommodating staff.
