The junior suite is worth the upgrade as it offers a great view. The rooms are well-lit with plenty of lamps and outlets and there are complimentary amenities like robes and slippers. However, some rooms near elevators can be noisy and some rooms may feel tired with chipped paint and wobbly furniture. Additionally, there may be some issues with customer service, broken items in the room and lack of certain services like room service, breakfast/lunch service, concierge and car service.
