Their friendly and helpful nature ensures a smooth sailing stay, arranging late check-ins, lockboxes and even taxis for checkouts. The staff are always smiling and ready to help, making you feel like part of the family. The personnel happily go the extra mile litterally to assist us every time we reached out for anything. We absolutely loved how lovely, charming and professional the staff were. Their warmth and willingness to carry bags is remarkable. Whether it's Laura at the front office, Raula who was the best or the team who give precious advice on where to go out and visit around Chania, everyone was wonderful and the make you feel like you're part of the family, being there to help and serve in any possible way. Communication with the hotel, namely Flora, was amazing- clear with perfect English and soo friendly. The staff here is amazing, helpful and extremely nice with a positive attitude towards guests. The lady at reception was very nice and helpful and they always serve tea and pastries while providing helpful advice on beaches and getting around. Overall, we loved how the staff at Porto Del Colombo Traditional Boutique Hotel sets a high standard for welcoming and professional service.
