The staff at Knights Of Old Town have received rave reviews from past guests with many praising their helpful and friendly attitude. Communication with the proprietors was excellent and the host even sent a pin and waited for guests to show them around, even when flights were delayed. The staff went above and beyond expectations with the owner even taking guests' bags to the taxi upon departure. The location was excellent and the housekeeping staff was impeccable. Guests also appreciated the amenities provided, such as a kettle, cups, dishes, coffee, tea, sugar, fridge and balcony. The staff was always polite, helpful and communicative and guests felt welcomed from the moment they arrived. Overall, guests were thrilled with the level of customer service provided and felt that the staff truly cared about their comfort and satisfaction.
