Location

Chukchansi Gold Resort & Casino offers a convenient location for those looking to explore Yosemite National Park and Bass Lake. With many things to do in the area, guests can enjoy a pleasant drive to the hills and take in the view of the mountains from their room. The resort also offers valet parking and dining options. Although some guests found the elevators to be a bit too far from the reception area and experienced a long wait at the café, overall, visitors liked the nice location and the beautiful view at sunset. While the sign driving up to the hotel said it was 15 minutes away from the park, it took closer to 30-35 minutes. Despite this, guests still appreciated the great location and easy drive to Yosemite Park.

Breakfast

Chukchansi Gold Resort & Casino offers an array of dining options, including a Vintage Restaurant with top-of-the-line cuisine. Although breakfast is not included in the price, guests have praised it as plentiful, satisfactory and generally good. A vegan guest appreciated the great suggestion for their dietary restrictions. Unfortunately, some guests missed out on trying the buffet breakfast. Overall, breakfast at Chukchansi Gold Resort & Casino seems to be a solid choice for those looking to start the day off right.

Dinner

The Mexican restaurant was closed during our visit, but there were plenty of other options available. The steakhouse proves to be pretty good, while the burgers at the hamburger place were the only option without a long wait time. The only downside was the slow service at the diner where we waited over a half hour for our meal and even received the wrong order. Despite some mediocre food, there were standout dishes such as the rack of lamb which was the best we've had in a long time. The surf n turf was also great. One guest particularly enjoyed the lecker Essen in the Noodle Bar, while another mentioned отлично поужинали. Overall, the food and drink menu offers a nice variety for guests to enjoy. However, some guests were surprised by the early closing hours of the restaurants and felt that dinner was overpriced with long wait times. If you're looking for a special occasion, a dinner package with a room special may be a better option.

All restaurants are located within the casino and although most of them are packed, there is a good variety of options at reasonable prices. Some guests complained about the heavy smoking in certain areas of the casino, but overall, it was described as a fun and nice casino. Unfortunately, for those who are not into gambling or are bothered by smoke, this may not be the perfect location. It is also worth noting that the casino rules can be annoying and some areas may be mask-mandatory. Nonetheless, it's great that the hotel and casino are connected, making it very convenient to enjoy the amenities.
