Excellent
Location
If you're planning a trip to Colorado Springs, look no further than the Garden of the Gods Resort & Club. This stunning resort is the perfect base camp for your daily hiking excursions with the best views in the area, probably even in the whole US! The resort is centrally located, facing the Garden of the Gods park and Pike's Peak with a breathtaking view that can't be beaten. The location is fantastic, also being close to many sights and attractions. The resort is relaxing and connected to nature with a divine setting that's perfect for those looking to escape COVID and the busy city life. The views from the rooms and outdoor common patio are gorgeous and the facilities are spacious with plenty of amenities. The staff are friendly and accommodating with excellent restaurants on-site. Although it's pretty far from the town, the location is still perfect and the resort is walkable to the Gardens of the Gods. Overall, the Garden of the Gods Resort & Club is an exceptionally nice resort in a beautiful location with outstanding views.

Breakfast
Guests at Garden of the Gods Resort & Club rave about the delicious breakfast provided. Multiple reviewers specifically mentioned enjoying items like huevos rancheros and French toast. The breakfast is described as an event and guests found it peaceful and fantastic. The on-sight restaurants also received high praise with reviewers calling the food superb and amazing. However, some guests did mention that breakfast reservations were required and some meals ordered through a door hanger were late and missing condiments. Despite these minor issues, the quality of food is consistently described as excellent and travelers can even take advantage of a $50 credit towards breakfast.

Dinner
If you're looking for a high-class dinner experience during your stay at the Garden of the Gods Resort & Club, you won’t be disappointed. The grand dining hall offers outstanding food with a grand view that is worth the splurge. The Rocks is another great option with excellent food and a top-notch wine selection. In-room dining is also a delicious and quick service option. However, Kissing Camel and some other restaurants don’t meet the high standards of the resort, offering mediocre or downright bad food and service. Despite some hits and misses, the food is above par for a hotel/resort restaurant. A casual dining option on the property could be beneficial. Making a reservation may be difficult, but dinner in the Rock Lounge is a must-try experience. Overall, the good outweighs the bad and you’ll enjoy delicious options during most of your stay.

Rooms
The rooms at Garden of the Gods Resort & Club are a mixed bag, but there are plenty of positive reviews. Many guests found the rooms to be spacious, modern and beautifully decorated with comfortable beds and large bathrooms. The casitas, in particular, were praised for their ample space, privacy and full kitchen. The views from some rooms were described as awesome or fabulous. The amenities in the rooms were generally nice, though some guests were disappointed by the lack of microwaves or inconsistent service. Despite a few negative comments about the rooms being hot or outdated, the majority of guests seemed satisfied with their accommodations.

Cleanliness
The Garden of the Gods Resort & Club received a lot of compliments for the overall cleanliness of their hotel. Guests mentioned that the hotel was super clean and described the facilities as well-kept. Even the grounds were so clean that some guests used words like immaculate or extremely clean. Guests enjoyed staying in their rooms as they found it very clean, clean beautiful or even extremely clean. The comfortable bed was often mentioned positively with no complaints about cleanliness. The property was also deemed clean. However, there were some negative reviews about cleanliness. Some guests found their room furniture, shutters and refrigerator to be grimy, dusty and smelly. There were also reports of bugs in the shower, old food particles and even a kid's sock left behind by a previous occupant. These issues were not widespread, but it is essential to note that some found the cleanliness of their rooms extremely poor.

Staff
The Garden of the Gods Resort & Club has some of the most exceptional and attentive staff you can find on your travels. Guests praised the friendly and welcoming staff with special mentions for Maria and Liz at the front desk. Everyone from the front desk to the housekeeping went above and beyond to make their stay a memorable one. The staff was caring, kind and treated guests like royalty, which enhanced their experience. This resort seems to have polished customer service with staff accommodating requests at every step. Guests appreciated the efficient service provided by the staff, be it for room service or valet service. Although there were a few negative remarks regarding the restaurant and pool staff, the majority of guests praised the friendliness, professionalism and helpfulness of the hotel staff. If you're looking for an excellent staycation with an amazing location, amenities and staff, the Garden of the Gods Resort & Club should be your go-to.

The massages in particular are highly praised with multiple guests describing them as 'amazing' and 'tops'. The spa itself is described as 'great' with fantastic facilities that are 'top notch'. The spa tub even earns a mention as being 'to die for'! While one reviewer did express some reservations about the high price of the massages, the vast majority of guests seem to feel that the spa services are well worth the investment. So, whether you're in need of a good workout or some serious relaxation time, the Garden of the Gods Resort & Club spa should definitely be on your radar.

Pool
The Garden of the Gods Resort & Club boasts a variety of pools to enjoy during your stay, including a heated pool, outdoor pool and beautiful infinity pool overlooking the Garden of the Gods. Guests can also relax in the jacuzzi or hot tub. The 21-and-over infinity pool provides a nice and quiet atmosphere for those looking to unwind, though some guests wish it was bigger and had more seating. Families can enjoy the outdoor pool, but some found it plain and simple and loud with little kids. The heated pool received positive reviews and was great for a refreshing swim. However, some found it smaller than expected and not useful as a lap pool. Reservations are required for the heated infinity pool. The pool area received mixed reviews with some guests reporting great experiences and others commenting on long wait times for drinks and unsatisfactory pool staff. Overall, while the pool area isn't without its flaws, it is just one of the many enjoyable amenities offered by this beautiful resort with amazing views and great outdoor common patio for dining and lounging.

Family
If you're looking for a family-friendly resort in Colorado Springs, Garden of the Gods Club & Resort might be right up your alley. While some guests noted minor issues - like a slightly noisy family pool or confusing lockers - the overall consensus was that this is a great spot for a "fun anniversary stay-cation" or a pre-baby trip with milk and cookies awaiting you in your room. The resort is large and offers plenty of "family-friendly amenities," but keep in mind that the thin doors between rooms might mean you'll be "listening to your neighbors conversation." After a long day of exploring the area's natural beauty, guests recommend staying on-site for a casual family dinner. Just double-check your room setup if you have little ones in tow!
