The LaLiT New Delhi showcases a variety of family-friendly facilities, but the overall sentiment from guest reviews indicates a mix of experiences for those traveling with children. On the positive side, guests commend the staff for their accommodating nature, often describing their service as exceptional, along with beautiful catering services and an exceptional breakfast that leaves families satisfied.
However, several reviews reflect dissatisfaction, suggesting that the hotel might be more suited for business travelers rather than families. Instances such as staff interactions that included telling children not to lay down and poor room conditions for some guests underline these concerns. While a few families have enjoyed their stay, others highlight that their experience was less than favorable, often advising to avoid the hotel for family vacations.
Thus, while The LaLiT New Delhi has potential and offers a great experience in some aspects, it appears to have inconsistencies when it comes to providing an ideal stay for families with kids.
