We propose a new type of holiday, in studios, studios with mezzanine, two-room apartments with complete freedom and privacy like you stay at your own home. Residence consists of two-store buildings, video surveillance cameras in public areas, a rooftop terrace and an area reserved for animals. Residence is just 15 minutes by foot from the promenade along the shore of the lake and on the famous trail of Viandante, the ancient road connecting the Valtellina. Dervio and its surroundings have attractions of different water sports: sailing, windsurfing, boat trips and boating, beautiful walks along the lake, well equipped, where you can enjoy your time. Ideally located not far from the ski slopes. The apartments have balconies or terraces. All territory feature free WiFi. Residence has a wonderful and wide view on the center and upper Lake Como where you can enjoy the sun set between the high snow-capped mountains. Our philosophy is to offer the highest quality at the best price in a comfortable and relaxing environment.
