Very Good

Location

If you're looking for a conveniently located hotel in Douglas, the Welbeck Hotel & Apartments might just be the perfect choice. With excellent position for investigating the entire island, this hotel is just a minutes stroll down the road from the beach and only 100 metres from seafront, offering beautiful views of the coastline. Located central to everything Douglas has to offer, it is also close to the promenade and just a short walk away from the town centre. Despite some roadworks impacting the location during our stay, the quiet area and convenient location made it an ideal base for exploring the island. The staff were friendly and with on street parking available, we couldn't ask for more. If you're up for walking, the downtown is within easy walking distance and there are plenty of great restaurants with sea views. Overall, the Welbeck Hotel & Apartments's great location, good breakfast and excellent staff, make this hotel a worthy contender.

Breakfast

The only downside reported by a few guests was the limited and expensive menu for dinner, but this is common in hotels. Regardless, the food at Welbeck Hotel & Apartments is highly recommended.
