Very Good

Location

The Grand Hyatt Dubai is a perfect location for those looking to explore the vibrant city of Dubai. With easy access by taxi to attractions such as the Dubai Mall, Burj Khalifa and historic Dubai, this hotel is close to all the action. While there is no beach immediately nearby, the hotel is set amongst numerous restaurants, providing plenty of dining options. The hotel is also conveniently located close to the airport, making it easy to reach. However, some guests found that it was a little far from the city center and they had to pay extra for taxis to reach malls and beaches. Nonetheless, for those looking for a convenient location near the airport and central Dubai, the Grand Hyatt Dubai is an excellent choice.

Breakfast

The breakfast at Grand Hyatt Dubai is a highlight for many guests with excellent food on offer and a great variety and selection of food. There are multiple restaurants to choose from and the buffet breakfast spread is extensive and delicious. The staff are very good with children and the service during breakfast is great. However, some of the food can be cold and the variety could be better. The table salt is given in individual packs which is unacceptable for a 5-star hotel. Overall, guests recommend not skipping the breakfast and even suggest taking the dinner included as well.

From check-in to room service, restaurant staff, concierge and porters - everyone is happy to see returning guests and serve them every step of the way. The breakfast staff is especially fantastic. The customer care team is gentle and the reception staff is great. The F&B team, including Claris, Sridhar, Obaidullah and Jishun, are extremely friendly and attentive. Guests appreciate the staff's professionalism, supportiveness and responsiveness. Elham, Deepika and the entire front office team deserve special mention for their outstanding services. Overall, the staff at Grand Hyatt Dubai is a star of the hotel and their willingness to go the extra mile made guests' stay truly wonderful.

Pool
