BlackStone Luxury Suites boasts a central location on the island, making it easy for guests to reach all of the famous beaches and attractions. Guests can enjoy amazing views of the sea and the old castle from the cliff-top property. While the neighbourhood is quiet, it is still close enough to shops, restaurants and a bus stop that is only a five-minute walk away. The traditional Greek town of Emporio is also nearby with its narrow walkways and old buildings that add to the charm of the area. Although some taxis may have difficulty navigating the narrow roads to the suites, there are alternative routes indicated by signs. Guests generally loved the location of the hotel and found it to be a great starting point for exploring the rest of the island, though some felt it was a little far away from the main cities of Thira and Oia. However, if tranquillity and being away from the busy places are what you're after, then this location is ideal.

Breakfast

Guests who stayed at BlackStone Luxury Suites were thrilled with the breakfast offered during their stay. The home cooked breakfast made by the owner's wife was exceptional and featured fresh produce, local jams, honey and hand made goods including a daily cake and spinach pie. Although some guests thought there could have been more items at breakfast, the high quality and variety of homemade and local produce made up for it. The staff are very friendly, accommodating and helpful and always ready to assist guests in every way possible. The hotel also offers delicious homemade breakfasts and desserts. The rooms are new, clean and well-equipped, making for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Highly recommended!
