They even helped guests with sim card requests, offer cheaper wifi options and cleaned the pool. Notably, staff members like Fred, Jose and Dutch were superb, offering exceptional service. This resort's staff is known for going above and beyond to make visitors' stay as enjoyable as possible, including providing drinks on the house. The staff morning and afternoon crew were absolutely lovely, friendly and helpful. It's a relaxing oasis that's made even better by the amazing staff.
