However, some felt disappointed that the pool was crowded and that Wiibit was not in use, despite this being the main reason for booking the hotel. The outside pool area would be a great addition in the summer and the water park for kids was a highlight. Unfortunately, the spa opening at noon made it difficult for some to utilize the pool during a one-night stay and the baby pool water was chilly. Despite that, children enjoyed swimming and using the water slide and the hotel was described as a child-friendly and enjoyable place to stay.
