The central position allows for easy access to numerous restaurants and shops, making it an ideal location to stay on the island. Guests rave about the amazing views, particularly from the private terraced suites, balconies and pool. The location is also praised for being quiet and private while still being in the heart of Fira. The hotel is conveniently situated between the walk to the old port and the cable car station, making it a short walk to everything. Overall, guests found the location and view breathtaking, exceptional and unforgettable.

Guests can enjoy a powerful shower and thick, soft towels that are changed daily. The suites are modern and complete, very clean with good-sized rooms providing quality services. However, some guests complained that the rooms were in a precarious state of conservation, lacked privacy or had an unpleasant smell. Despite that, the majority of guests enjoyed their stay at Kratiras View Luxury Suites and appreciated the excellent service, quality of rooms and amazing views.
