The hotel staff caters to their guests and the energy and valet service are amazing. The pool staff, though slow, gives good service and Corey from the front desk cares about the guests' stay. The staff was welcoming and nice, they made us feel at home, whereas the bartenders at the pool were rude and some of the staff were disrespectful. Despite a few rude employees, the majority of the staff was accommodating and polite. Despite poor service, the hotel staff was prompt to address customer service issues or concerns by making the manager always available, though some of them were unwilling to help. Overall, the hotel staff is friendly, warm and has excellent customer service. It is a wonderful hotel with a good staff that makes guests, customers and tourists feel at home.
