Ms Du, who assisted with one guest's check-in, was singled out for particular praise. The front desk staff, courteous and professional, were also mentioned positively. Housekeeping staff were also commended for their friendly greetings. The staff were described as friendly, accommodating and highly welcoming, creating a comfortable and enjoyable experience for guests. In fact, some guests described the staff as fabulous, attentive and even great. While some guests faced language barriers with staff, the vast majority found them to be helpful and courteous at every turn.
