Additionally, guests have praised the good quality of the hotel and its friendly staff. Although some guests were disappointed with the parking situation, it did not take away from the overall positive experience of staying in a beautiful area near the water. The opportunity to take a water taxi from the pontoon behind the hotel added to the charm of the stay. The hotel offers good park facilities and some comments focused on the ease of both walking and driving to the hotel. The hotel is an excellent base for exploring Heidelberg’s well-known attractions with a pleasant walk of approximately 15 minutes into the Hauptstrasse. Despite being a short distance from town, the hotel does not disappoint with its views and location directly on the Neckar river.
