The hotel has a fairly private setting compared to many hotels in the area, making it perfect for a quiet and private stay. The hotel is situated in the calm neighborhood of Imerovigli with plenty of restaurants nearby. It is a good starting point for those who want to explore the island by car or public transport. Overall, the location of the hotel is excellent, strategically placed to offer one of the best views of the island's caldera in the beautiful setting of Imerovigli.

The hotel offers in-room dining with high-quality breakfast that exceeded our expectations every day and we loved having it served on our private balcony with the breathtaking view. Although guests have to choose breakfast in advance from a predefined list, it is still quite complete and there are plenty of options to choose from with the added bonus of being served at a specific time in-room, by the pool or on a terrace. The breakfast was fresh, delicious and plentiful with varieties for everyone's taste. Some guests had specific dietary requirements and the hotel staff was attentive and helpful, even baking fresh gluten-free bread. Overall, the breakfast was elaborate, good quality and diverse and it was a great way to start the day in this beautiful hotel.
