The staff here is simply phenomenal - they go above and beyond to make sure that your stay is comfortable and enjoyable. From the front desk to the wait and maintenance staff, everyone is incredibly warm and helpful. The views are outstanding too!

Many guests commented on the friendly and helpful nature of the staff. The receptionist was fantastic and the lady on the reception made guests feel comfortable. Even the housekeeping staff was very accommodating, although they did wake up a guest at one point. There were a few negative comments, however, as one guest mentioned that the manager was rude. Although some guests found the pools to not be heated and thus not usable, others found them to be nice and with amazing views. Speaking of views, the view from the various pools and rooms is breathtaking. The hotel also provides all the facilities and personnel guests may need. Despite some complaints about the pool staff being nowhere to be found, guests still found the staff helpful and friendly. Overall, the Rocabella Santorini Hotel & Spa is a beautiful resort with something for everyone to enjoy, including Sehr schöne Anlage mit verschieden Pools und atemberaubenden Ausblicken as well as 4 piscinas, although it should be noted that pas de piscine chauffée and toutes les piscines sont glaciales.
