The stunning setting is second to none and affords beautiful views of the surrounding landscape. The palace is well situated and boasts breathtakingly beautiful lawns that will leave guests in awe. Moreover, the location of this palace is great and comes complete with a first-class staff offering top-notch service. Overall, guests to Rambagh Palace will be delighted with its prime location and breathtaking setting.

Rooms

Rambagh Palace is a majestic hotel where every guest is treated like royalty. The rooms of the palace have a royal touch with modern facilities, making it an excellent combination. The Maharani and Maharaja Sawai Man Singh II rooms have been preserved exquisitely by the Taj group to give the guests an insight into history. The hotel also offers personalized touches in the rooms every day. Though some rooms were a bit outdated and had old marble, the overall decor was elegant, superb and beautiful. The historical suite and the Swarn Mahal suite are both incredibly memorable. The hotel staff provides complimentary room upgrades and some rooms even have dome ceilings and gorgeous paintings. However, a few guests reported a damp smell in their rooms and the bathtubs in some rooms spewed rusty brown water, making them mostly unusable. Nonetheless, the excellent decor and upkeep of the rooms make the overall experience incredible and guests love the hotel's ambiance.

Ms. Preeti, who coordinated some guest stays, Mr. Khateeb, personal butler to some guests and Mr. Nagendra, from housekeeping, are also deserving of praise.
