The rooftop facilities are also nice with a great view and happy hour at the bar. Although there is a fee to access the pool after 7 pm, it is worth it as the pool and Jacuzzi have a wonderful view over Naha. The pool is open from 10 am to 7 pm for free and it is heated slightly warm, making it perfect for a relaxing swim. However, the pool can get pretty crowded during the day with lots of children playing around and the temperature of the heated pool could be a bit higher. Overall, the pool facilities and location are great, especially with the rooftop pool and bar.

The infinity pool and the Long Beach pool were also great and children had a blast. The hot pool and thermal pool were amazing and the rooftop pool and spa facilities provide stunning views of Mount Fuji and the ocean. However, some guests found the ticketing system caused a long wait and others found the temperature of the warm water pool a little too cool. Overall, the pools and spa facilities were well designed and enjoyable with many commenting on the breath-taking views from the pool.
